Alvin Hamilton Building

Originally built in 1968, the building has been a landmark in Regina’s downtown core for nearly four decades. The Government of Canada purchased the building in 2002 to provide single-window access to federal government services to the community. Since then, the building has undergone a complete retrofit of walls and windows, and a redesign of mechanical and lighting systems. These changes have made the building modern and sustainable.
