The Income Tax Building at 1955 Smith Street, Regina, is a high performance building that has achieved outstanding environmental goals through its recent major renovation.  The obsolete and inefficient building core layout was replaced with a more functional one, including a new energy-efficient elevator.  High efficiency mechanical systems and electrical energy saving features are expected to reduce overall energy use.
